Bay Imports is an automobile wholesaling, retailing, and detailing company. Our
company was launched with the intent of filling several voids in the automobile
industry. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and support
with specialized knowledge in auto detailing (especially high-end auto
detailing) coupled with utilization of the latest technology in the industry.
For many years, dealerships have struggled to meet the increasing demands of
maintaining acceptable quality levels in auto detailing while decreasing
operating costs. Although the automobile detailing industry has slowly changed
to try and meet these needs, dealership-owned cleaning crews are usually not
capable of providing the services and expertise needed to reach their goals.
To meet these needs we provide comprehensive detailing process, unitizing of
cleaning tasks, hands on process training, schedule writing, on location
equipment repair and long-term support for our customer automobile cleaning
objectives.
In addition to the above services, Bay Imports also provides automobile dealers
with such services as transporting vehicles to and from auctions, preparing,
presenting, and representing vehicles at auctions, and managing their wholesale
business.
These services are mainly geared towards increasing automobile dealership
profitability by enhancing vehicle value, overall dealership image, and customer
satisfaction. We are proud of our role in making the automobile industry more
lucrative and respectable.
Our headquarters is located close to your dealership and we can setup on your
site to serve you better with faster response.
European cars. Most of them are purchased directly from BMW Finance, Mercedes
Credit, Porsche Credit, and Volkswagen Audi Finance. Our selections are usually
lease returns which can assure customer confidence.
We do not sell
or trade cars which have mechanical problems, or vehicles that have been
involved in a collision. We have experts who inspect the vehicles before
purchase therefore insuring a high level of quality control.
